Tutor Screening
All tutors with are exceptionally
well qualified. We require our tutors to have university degrees in the subject(s) they teach, teaching certificates, or a
combination of both. Most of our tutors come from a school teaching background, tutors also come from other professions, including
training establishments, enabling us to offer tuition in business and technical subjects as well.
As a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) registered body, Inspire Education requires all new tutors
to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure. At Inspire Education, our screening process is on-going, we monitor and evaluate theprogress
of all tuition to make sure it is a success.
Any prospective tutor that does not fufill the criteria is not registered,
unsatisfactory progress with the client will result in the termination of the tutor’s contract.
• Our Tuition Manager interviews all applicants, it is essential we assess the level of commitment,
and motivation to develop a career or second career as a tutor.
• We vet all
new tutors with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) to ensure their suitability. The CRB will inform us of any offence through
the Enhanced Disclosure process that checks both local and national records. Enhanced Disclosure differs from a standard disclosure
in that it seeks allegations and complaints, not just convictions. Any tutor with relevant allegations is rejected by Inspire
Education
• We require
two references - one academic and one other, such as a former employer
• We examine
their driving licence, passport, utility bills and birth certificate to confirm their identity and address
• Our consultants
work with you to understand your personal requirements, and then they match you with the appropriate tutor
• We confirm
the name of the tutor due to come to your home for added security
• We work with
you and the tutor should any concerns arise and replace them if necessary

A-level, university and beyond. We have tutors who children through the 7/8+, 11+ and Common Entrance exams to gain entrance
to the highly selective grammar and independent schools as well as tutors who are qualified to help students with special
needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADD.
